Free Student Membership Terms and Conditions 

1. The Ambiki Student Membership Offer.
   The Ambiki Student Membership (the "Student Membership") is made available to you by Ambiki. The Student Membership allows you, subject to these terms and conditions (the "Student Membership Terms"), to access the Flexible package (as defined in the Ambiki Terms of Use) at no charge, for a period of up to one (1) year (the "Student Membership Offer Period").  
   By creating your account with edu email, (i) you accept these Student Membership Terms, (ii) consent to receiving information provided to us by you, the user, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, (iii) acknowledge and agree to the Ambiki Terms of Use.  
   
2. Eligibility.
   A. Use of the Student Membership is only open to students attending accredited higher education institutions in the US who meet additional qualifications described below ("Qualifying Students").
   B. When signing up with an edu email, a Flexible membership package will be automatically added to your account. If you are a student but do not have an edu email, you can contact info@ambiki.com and someone from the sales team will assist you with adding your membership. 
   C. We reserve the right to determine if you are a Qualifying Student at our sole discretion. 
   D. By signing up and receiving the Student Membership, you understand and agree that Ambiki will collect, view, and store your name and email address for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for the Student membership.
3.  Accessing the Student Membership
   A. In the event that we consider you to be a Qualifying Student, by proceeding to subscribe to the Student Membership, you hereby acknowledge and agree to Ambiki’s Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and these Student Membership Terms. You may only be subscribed to the Student Membership under one Ambiki account.
   
4. Duration and cancellation.
   A. Qualifying Students can receive the advertised free monthly subscription to the Flexible membership for up to a period of twelve (12) consecutive months ("Free Period"). Qualifying Students are entitled to re-activate the Student Membership annually and will receive instructions via email at the 12-month mark on how to do so. 
   B. You may cancel your subscription to the Student Member at any time by contacting sales@ambiki.com requesting your free membership be terminated. Cancelation will take effect at the expiration of the then-current Free Month.
   C. You may also delete your Ambiki account at anytime by logging into your Ambiki account and visiting https://ambiki.com/settings
   
5. Availability of the Student Membership.
   A. Ambiki reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the Student Membership in whole or in part at any time and for any reason. After such time, Ambiki shall not be obligated to permit any further subscriptions to the Student Membership. 
   B. Ambiki reserves the right to limit Ambiki Student accounts to one Teletherapy session per day at their discretion without prior advanced notice. Ambiki Student users will be notified of these usage limits and changes as they occur via email communication.
